Terms and Conditions
1. The Customer is satisfied that Wise Washing Ltd has the necessary skills, qualifications, and experience to provide the Services required.
2. These services include but are not limited to; Pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, roof cleaning, fascia cleaning, steam cleaning.
3. The Customer realised that Wise Washing Ltd uses products from various distributers. All distributers used are independent entities and is not legally affiliated with Wise Washing Ltd. The distributer is not in any way whatsoever responsible for the actions and performance of Wise Washing Ltd.
4. Wise Washing Ltd agrees to provide the Services to the Customer according to the Terms & Conditions.
5. The scope of the Services: Wise Washing Ltd will apply all products at the appropriate dilution rate, flow rate and quantity required for the successful completion of this Contract. Wise Washing Ltd will use all pressure cleaning equipment required for the successful completion of this Contract. Wise Washing Ltd will take all reasonable precautions to protect the Customer’s plants, grass, and trees, as well as the property itself and all persons living or working therein. Wise Washing Ltd will always work in such a way to adhere to all current Health & Safety guidelines and regulations. The Contract will be deemed as completed upon Treatment of the surfaces of the Customers property, as requested by the Customer, independently from the latent and ongoing effect though time of the treatment.
6. The limitations of the Services: Wise Washing Ltd shall not be liable for the condition of the substrate after cleaning and the natural biofilm has been dispersed through the Treatment. This may consist of, but shall not be limited to, general wear and tear, damage caused by previous cleaning processes, and other conditions arising that are beyond the scope of the Treatment.
7. The Services may be extended to include other tasks that the Customer and Contractor agree upon with additional fees.
8. After an appropriate exposure time following Treatment, and after the biofilm has dropped away, some residual marks may remain. Wise Washing Ltd agrees to investigate these marks and recommend appropriate remedial action, if remedial action is possible, including further treatment. The specification and fee for such an extension of Services shall form the basis for a new Contract or for an annex to this Contract.
9. As part of the Terms & Conditions, the Customer and Contractor also agree, in due consideration of the matters described in this Contract, to the Following.
The term of this Contract
This contract shall start on the date of service and the contract will remain in full force and effect until the Services have been implemented and completed. The term of the Contract can be extended upon the written agreement of both Contractor and Customer.
Implementation of this contract
Both Contractor and customer agree to do everything that is reasonable and within their power to ensure that the Terms and Conditions of this Contract are adhered to both in spirit and in law, and are implemented in full.
Provision By Customer
The Customer agrees to provide the Contractor with all facilities the Contractor needs in providing the Services. These includes but not limited to, water outlets, parking, movement of vehicles and access.
